Shipping Policy: 

• The shipping will be done using pathao courier and the estimated delivery time is 10 working days. 

Terms and Conditions: 

• • Return Policy: Upon delivery if there is any issue with the product then the customer can simply return the pair to the delivery man instantly. Customers are highly encouraged to try out the shoes upon delivery while the delivery man waits. No return will be accepted later on. 

• • Exchange Policy: In case there is any size issues the customers will be able to exchange the shoe size. The customers can easily return the pair upon delivery after trying out or can keep the shoes with them and return the pair later on when the exchange pair is sent. The delivery charge of BDT 100 for inside Dhaka and BDT 150 for outside Dhaka will be applicable. 

• • Maximum Order Quantity: Each customer can order a maximum of three pairs of shoes in a single purchase. 

Refund Policy: 

• In case there is any issue with the product later, a refund will be made. However, proper evidence will be required. Customers can send the parcel back to us using pathao parcel or any other courier. After receiving the shoes, the refund will be made instantly using Bkash or any other method that is convenient for the customer.
