Exchange Policy

In case of size-related issues, customers are eligible for a size exchange.

Customers may choose either of the following options:

Return the shoes immediately upon delivery after trying them, or

Keep the shoes and return them later when the exchange pair is delivered.

An exchange delivery charge will apply:

BDT 100 for deliveries inside Dhaka

BDT 150 for deliveries outside Dhaka

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
