Refund Policy
If a valid issue arises after delivery, customers may request a refund.
Proper evidence (photos or videos) must be provided for verification.
Customers are required to send the product back to us using Pathao Parcel or any reliable courier service.
Once the returned shoes are received and inspected, the refund will be processed immediately.
Refunds will be issued via bKash or any other convenient payment method preferred by the customer.
